Performance varies depending on industry, market conditions, existing lead volume, sales team execution, and third-party software dynamics.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate business data, API access, and timely feedback necessary for system configuration

- Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding TCPA, data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), telemarketing, and automated messaging

- Maintaining valid subscriptions for any third-party software integrated into the system

- Notifying us promptly of any system downtime, workflow changes, or operational shifts affecting performance

We are not liable for any misuse, regulatory non-compliance, negligence, or third-party platform changes connected to the Business Power Players platform.

3.4 Cancellation & Termination Policy

- End Users / Leads: Contacts or subscribers may unsubscribe from automated SMS or email communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided (e.g., replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe).

- Clients: Clients may cancel, pause, or terminate their service agreement according to the specific terms outlined in their master service agreement or by submitting a written notice to Business Power Players.
